The American Staffing
Association Recognizes Labor Finders for Its Outstanding 2016
Genius Award Win
PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL-Labor Finders
International, Inc., the oldest and largest privately held
industrial labor staffing Franchise Company in the United States is
pleased to announce that the company has been awarded the
prestigious 2016 American Staffing Association (ASA) Staffing
GENIUS Award in the external publication (print) category.
This national awards program, formerly called the ASA Staffing
VOICE Awards, recognizes the best and most innovative
communications and marketing campaigns among ASA member staffing
companies. Labor Finders competed with other staffing firms with
more than $100 million in annual sales.
The Genius Award recognized Labor Finders unique marketing
endeavor, "Crunch Time", a Targeted Account Campaign (TAC)
Program. The TAC program targets 20 prospective accounts per
branch office. Each of these potential accounts have a high
likelihood of using Labor Finders staffing services, but might
present a challenge due to a stonewalling gatekeeper
(receptionist), a hard-to-reach decision-maker or they might have a
tight relationship with a competitor. The cleverly themed "Crunch
Time", was designed to let potential clients know Labor Finders can
take the stress out of finding the right person to fulfill their
staffing needs during any kind of employment situation.
The ASA's judging committee commented on Labor FindersCrunch
Timeby saying, "Highly Original!"
Dan Shube, Chief Marketing Officer for Labor Finders and his
marketing team created the fun and unique program, "The program's
theme 'Crunch Time' reflected how difficult an environment hiring
managers are currently facing. Our goal is to make it easy for our
branch managers to effectively communicate to hiring managers in
their area that we are here to remove the stress of finding
excellent workers. While being named a genius is great, our goal is
to help as many companies as possible with their hiring needs, but
more importantly, enable as many people as possible to gain
employment so they can lead fulfilling lives," said Shube.
ASA Staffing GENIUS Award honorees will be recognized at
Staffing World®, the annual ASA convention and expo this
October in San Diego, CA.
The annual awards program is sponsored by ASA corporate partner
