We're seeking skilled workers for the following roles:Asphalt LaborerRoller OperatorScreed OperatorYou’ll be responsible for assisting with paving operations including asphalt spreading, grading, compaction, and finish work on roads, driveways, and parking lots.
Your Day
Operate paving equipment including screeds and rollersShovel, rake, and lute hot mix asphalt for smooth finishesPrepare and clean job sites before and after pavingWork as part of a team in a fast-paced outdoor environmentFollow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
Your Experience
Minimum 2 years of asphalt/paving experience requiredAbility to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in the heatFamiliarity with screed and roller operation preferredMust be reliable and able to work early morningsReliable transportation required
