Enter data in computer and maintain logs and records of Sales Orders, deliveries and will calls- Gather information from computer system; customer phone numners, business hours, material CERTS and other information required- Monitor the routes and status of unots to coordinate and prioritize their schedules.-Route all orders in an orderly fashion to avoid waste of time and delays on deliveries. - Answer phone calls from drivers to provide information about orders, traffic and questions they may have. -Answer any email pertaining to driver locations or ETAs to customer sites-Communicate vis email and or phone when there are issues with will calls or collecting money onCODs accounts-After all the sales are printed and sorted on their respective routes and in an orderly fashion; create your manifests.
