Your Day
Key Responsibilities:• Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and manage email correspondence professionally.• Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, maintaining records, and organizing documents.• Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, deliveries, and installations with clients and the flooring team.• Inventory Tracking: Help monitor and manage office and showroom supplies.• Customer Service: Provide excellent support to clients, addressing inquiries about products, services, and appointments.• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication.• General Office Tasks: Perform filing, scanning, and other administrative duties as needed.

Your Experience
