Your Day
The job responsibilities may include the following:Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming walls, ceilings, and other structures before painting.Mixing and matching paints to achieve the correct color and consistency.Applying paint, varnish, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.Repairing cracks, holes, or imperfections on surfaces before painting.Covering floors, furniture, and other fixtures with drop cloths or masking tape to protect them from paint splatters.Following blueprints, sketches, or instructions to ensure precise and uniform painting.Cleaning and maintaining painting tools, brushes, and equipment.Ensuring safety compliance by wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following OSHA guidelines.Working on scaffolding, ladders, and lifts at various heights.Keeping a safe and clean working environment, optimizing the use of space.You will also need to:Have physical strength, hand-eye coor

Proven experience as a PainterAbility to prep surfaces, mix paints, and apply finishes Comfortable working on ladders and scaffoldingOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 CertificationReliable transportation and ability to work full shifts
