Q: Why does Labor Finders franchise?
A: Franchising is a proven method for starting a new business. Franchisees feel the pride, satisfaction and rewards of independent business ownership; combined with the strengths and benefits of a partnership with Labor Finders and our experience since 1975.

Q: How much is the Labor Finders franchise fee?
A: The franchise fee is only $20,000 regardless of whether you obtain the rights to develop one, five, ten or more locations. We do this to encourage you to expand. Almost all of our franchisees now have multiple locations.

Q: How much is the initial investment?
A: Investment requirements may vary depending on the specific location and how you choose to design your office. Based on various factors, we estimate that your initial investment will range from $120,000 to $207,000. This includes approximately 3 months of operating capital to help cover your initial expenses.

Q: How long does it take to open my office?
A: Every opening is determined by varying circumstances; however, an initial office opening will generally take place between 60 and 90 days after signing your franchise agreement.

Q: Do I need a background in the staffing industry to open a Labor Finders Franchise?
A: No. Our franchisees come from a wide variety of previous industries. We provide you with both the business training and the systems you will need to open and operate your office. More important than experience in the staffing industry, you should possess the following qualities:
