Amit Pal Singh | President & Chief Operating Officer

Amit Pal Singh is President and Chief Operating Officer of Labor Finders, the oldest and largest privately held industrial staffing company in the United States. His responsibilities include managing the various operational components of the franchise staffing business, including its company-owned Labor Finders franchise, called LF Staffing Services. In an ongoing effort to improve the support services offered to its franchisees, Amit works on achieving Labor Finders' strategic and business goals as part of the leadership team. He is based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, which serves as the company’s headquarters.

Amit joined the company in 1999 as a systems administrator in the information technology department. Subsequently, he has held various management positions, including Director of Operations (2007 to 2016), Director of Strategic Projects (2004 to 2007), Director of e-Education (2003 to 2004), and MIS Director (2000 to 2003).

Amit holds an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s (MIT) Sloan School of Business and a BS degree in management information systems from Florida Atlantic University. A sought-after industry thought leader, he has penned bylined articles for various media outlets, including Authority Magazine.

My grandfather, Kartar Singh. In his youth, he lost his father and, due to the 1945 India-Pakistan partition, lost everything and started from scratch. With only an elementary school education, he built a strong business and supported his family.
