Leslie Cotton | Chief Financial Officer

Leslie Cotton is Chief Financial Officer of Labor Finders, the oldest and largest privately held industrial staffing company in the United States. Joining the company in 2017, she is responsible for overseeing their financial and accounting systems, internal controls, and financial reporting.

With nearly 20 years of experience in accounting and finance in various industries, including financial services and hospitality, Leslie is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Florida. She enjoys rolling up her sleeves to tackle challenging accounting tasks, but what brings her the most satisfaction is working together with her team to identify and resolve inefficiencies and improve day-to-day operations. Leslie has been quoted as an industry thought leader in publications, including StrategicCFO360.

Leslie received an MA degree from Nova Southeastern University in Florida and a BS degree in accounting from Northwood University in Michigan.
