Rick Kempf | Executive Vice President

Rick joined Labor Finders in 2015 and is a member of the company’s Executive Leadership team. As Executive Vice President of Labor Finders’ company-owned division, he oversees the operations of six regions spanning seven states -- Arizona, Arkansas, California, Iowa, Missouri, New Mexico, and North Carolina.

Rick has extensive experience growing companies into strong, profitable forces within their industry. He has built and led dynamic, successful teams while focusing on workforce solutions, client satisfaction, and bottom-line growth. Over the years, Rick has led service organizations across the country by implementing strategic solutions across multiple disciplines, including training and risk-management, to the staffing and recruiting industry. His executive leadership and hands-on management style have given him the unique ability to design and develop mutually beneficial service offerings focused on clients’ needs.

With over 30 years of senior leadership experience working on regional, national, and global levels, he also holds a master’s degree from California State University.

Additionally, Rick is a proud U.S. Army veteran, serving as a squad and platoon leader and later spending several years in the Army Reserves after his active duty. He has successfully applied many of the lessons and skills from his military career to his work in the private sector, which can be read on Labor Finders’ blog.
