Often, you can even go to the job site right from home without needing to pick up a work order or wait for an assignment, giving you more time to do what you want.

With the LF Connect® App, You Can...

  • Respond directly to Labor Finder's opportunities with the click of a button.
  • You can go directly to many jobs right from home, with manager approval, if you already have the PPE needed for the assignment.
  • You can leave at the end of the shift without having to wait for the supervisor to sign off on your hours.

Here’s How it Works

  1. 1 Download the App

    Connect with your Labor Finders branch to get your unique smart link to download the App. 

  2. 2 Accept Job Opportunities

    You will receive job opportunities through the LF Connect® App for jobs that are a good fit for you. You can view job duties, dates, pay rate, location, and start time at a glance. You can also accept the jobs you want right from the App. 

  3. 3 Get Ready to Work

    With a manager’s approval, you can save time by going straight to the job site without needing to stop at our office. You can also use the app to get directions to the job site.
